Youth Summer Information

Who can participate?
Anyone in 7th -12th grade is welcome to participate in all the events on the youth calendar. Some events are designated as a “youth family event", these events are open to all youth and their families.

Can I invite friends?
Absolutely! Please invite your friends to attend the events. When you are signing up just note that you will be bringing a friend.

How can parents’help?
I would like to request each parent sign up for at least one event to serve as a driver and chaperone for the event. Parents are of course welcome to help with more events.

How do I sign up for the youth events?
All the events are listed below on this web site. Just scroll down to the event you would like to sign up for then click on "comments" at the bottom of the event. Then type your name in the text box, then click "publish your comment" and that's it you are done. It's really that easy. If you would like you can also call Jennifer Walker at 636-239-0092 to sign up.

Is there a deadline to sign up?
In order make appropriate plans for each event, youth must sign up for each event at least 24 hours in advance. If there are no youth signed up for an event 24 hours before the start time of an event, the event will be canceled. Some events may need earlier deadlines, dates will be designated on those events.

What about the fees?
Some events are free, some events might have a fee. If there is a fee for an event it will be listed in the event details. However, the cost should not be a reason a youth does not participate in an event. Please contact Jennifer Walker if you need some financial assistance with any of the youth events.
