Do you ever have a hard time controlling what words come out of your mouth? Do you ever find yourself judging others? Do you get caught up in gossip? Do you focus too much on aquiring worldly possessions? Do you spend an excessive amount of time comparing yourself to others? Chances are you can answer "YES" to at least one of these questions. The truth is, it is hard to live out your faith everyday in the real world. So this month for Wild Wednesday we will be doing a Bible study on the book of James. The book of James (5 short chapters) focus on the fact that to have true faith there must be a change in your behavior/actions/choices. We will discuss topics such as judging others, worldly riches, taming the tounge, and serving others.
Don't worry... we will still keep the "WILD" in Wild Wednesday with sponge paint wars (be sure to wear old clothes), a fashion show using only newspaper, Deal or No Deal game show, and a Field Trip to the Sanctus Real - Something Heavenly Concert Tour!
You will not want to miss even one week!
